  • How much do your confections cost?
    Pricing varies according to confection. Prices for cookies are available on the order page. If you would like a cake, please fill out the cake order form to get your quote. For any other questions about pricing, please contact me with any and all questions.
  • Do you make gluten-free cakes or any other allergen-free cakes?
    Yes! At the moment, I can create gluten-free and/or dairy-free confections. DISCLAIMER: I cannot guarantee that my kitchen is free of any of the following, gluten, dairy, nuts & legumes. I do my best to prevent cross contamination but I do not reccomend my home kitchen if you are highly sensitive to any of the allergens above.
  • How far in advanced does my order need to be placed?
    All orders vary. I highly recommend contacting me at least 1 week before you would like your order. Please contact me anyway to see if I can accomodate your request.
  • Can I pick up my order or will you deliver it to me?
    You may certainly pick up your order for free! I deliver to 78209 zip code and surrounding areas. Please be advised that delivery may incur an additional fee.
  • Is a deposit required when placing an order?
    Yes, I require at least a 50% down-payment when an order is placed. I will contact you immediately if for any reason the amount were to change or if I were out of a certain item.
  • Cancellation/Change Policy
    Please contact me ASAP if you would like to cancel or change an order. I CANNOT guaratee any changes. In the event you need to change any information after your order has been started, I will do my best to accomadate your needs. However, there will be no refund under any circumstances.
  • Refund and Exchange Policy
    Due to nature of custom orders, I am unable to guarantee refunds or exchanges. No refunds will be given due to color. Please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your cake if you are not happy with the taste or texture. However, taste and texture are subjective and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Pickup and Delivery Policy
    Pickup Policy: You will be given instructions on how to handle your order. Therefore, I am not responsible for any damage after you have left my kitchen. Please feel free to call me in the event your cake does get damaged and I will do my best to fix it. Some additional fees may be applied due to the nature of the damage. Delivery Policy: I take on the responsibility of transporting your baked goods to you. Once the order is in your hands and you have "accepted" the delivery, I am not responsible for any damage therafter.
